The relationship between buyers and the seller shall be governed by the laws of the state of Washington without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Buyer and the Seller agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the State of Washington for the County of Thurston or the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington State. The Sellers failure to exercise or enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right. Buyer agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the products must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred. All online sales are final.  Items purchased at our market may be returned within 1 business day with a receipt if the item is defective or unsuitable for consumption.
